After receiving your refund email request within 25 days from the date of certificate ordering date, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5-7 days from the date of refund request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
You can cancel your SSL order withing 25 days from the date of ordering. You should submit a refund request email to email@example.com
You can upgrade to a new SSL certificate within 25 days from the date of issuance of your certificate. Send us an email or raise a ticket to support from the registered email address.
We can help to upgrade to the new SSL certificate and cancel your exsiting order. You are subjected to pay the additional cost for the upgrade.
