Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may get a full refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Refunds

After receiving your refund email request within 25 days from the date of certificate ordering date, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5-7 days from the date of refund request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

• Submit your refund reqest from registered email address
• We initiate cancellation of order
• You receive email confirmation of cancellation
• Refund processing time: 5-7 days

25-Day Refund

You can cancel your SSL order withing 25 days from the date of ordering. You should submit a refund request email to accounts@encryptssl.in

Upgrade to a new service

You can upgrade to a new SSL certificate within 25 days from the date of issuance of your certificate. Send us an email or raise a ticket to support from the registered email address.

We can help to upgrade to the new SSL certificate and cancel your exsiting order. You are subjected to pay the additional cost for the upgrade.

Refund not applicable in below cases

• If your SSL order includes GST, it cannot be refunded if we have deposited GST to goverment.You should claim it through ITC.
• Refund is not applicable to on subscription and multi domain products addtional SAN.
• Cancellation request from any other email other than registered email with us.
